Together we will explore the factors getting in the way of you having your ideal relationship. We will look at patterns you may be stuck in that are keeping you in a never ending loop of frustration and disconnection in your relationship. By identifying the patterns and understanding what is maintaining them, you and your partner will learn the changes needed to stop the cycle and gain control of your relationship. 

Using an approach called Emotionally focused Therapy (EFT), I will guide you to a better understanding of the patterns in your relationship and what is maintaining the patterns. We will then work to change the patterns through improving self-awareness, learning communication skills, and finding effective ways to connect within your relationship. Lastly, we will address how to maintain the skills you have learned throughout our work together so that you and your partner feel confident and competent about your ability to address future challenges.
