Therapy Rates

Standard Rates

The rate for a 50 minute session is $190. I also offer 80 minute sessions for $285.

Payment is accepted using debit or credit card.

Insurance

I am not currently credentialed with any insurance providers. I am considered an out-of-network provider. As an out-of-network provider, I can provide a monthly Superbill which you can submit to your insurance provider for potential reimbursement. You are responsible for paying the full fee for each session and submitting the Superbill to your insurance provider. It is your responsibility to know whether your insurance covers or provides reimbursement for any services provided. I recommend checking with your insurance provider prior to beginning services to clarify what is covered. If your insurance provider does not reimburse for services rendered, you will be responsible for the full fee of the services provided.

Cancellation Policy

A minimum of 24 hours notice is required for any cancellations to avoid a late cancellation fee. For any cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled session time, the full fee will be charged.
